The dress is very beautiful. Well done. But the experience with express shipping is not serious and is highly discouraged. I order on February 2nd. I pay around €16 to receive it on February 4th, as also indicated in the order. I receive it on February 8th. Only way to receive a refund: do not accept the package to initiate the procedure. This thing, in addition to being untraceable because how would I have motivated the non-collection, would have put me in an even more bad situation with my son who had already been waiting for the dress for days. DO NOT USE THE EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE
